Holly Ohanesian Coulter
President and Chief Executive Officer.
Holly is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of CE3 Inc. She is responsible for establishing new business development and clinical operations.
Holly has been engaged for over 30 years in pharmaceutical research. For 21 of those years she worked at Bayer Pharmaceutical Healthcare and later at Purdue Pharma LP holding domestic and international positions in development operations, business operations, human resources and training. As a Global Vice President at Bayer she oversaw operations such as Data Management, Statistics, Clinical Systems, Integrated Analysis, and Project and Portfolio Management for the Global Product Development Organization.
Holly received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology/Biology from the University of Vermont and a Master of Community Health and Medicine from the University of Connecticut.
Timothy R. Garrelts
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
Tim Garrelts is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of CE3, Inc. He is responsible for establishing and managing business operations and planning for CE3.
Tim has over 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry holding positions of increasing responsibility throughout. He started in the pharmaceutical industry as a Medical Research Associate, and over the years he gained vast experience in managing Clinical Operations, Budget and Resource Planning, and Outsource Management. He has lived and worked domestically and abroad, including a long term assignment in Leverkusen, Germany where he managed capacity and cost assessment projects for Bayer’s Pharmaceutical Division.
Tim received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Villanova University, a Master of Science in Biology from Boston College, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
Deborah Church, MD
Chief Medical Officer.
Dr. Church is an infectious disease physician with 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry specifically working on the creation and implementation of clinical development plans, products approvals, post-launch activities and lifecycle management. Her expertise in achieving the needs of regulatory authorities is exemplified with a proven record of FDA approvals. Her pediatric indication experience at Bayer was recently leveraged in Pediatric Investigational Plan submission approvals in 2010.
Prior to joining CE3 she also held a senior leadership role in a medical communications firm as a medical strategist. Dr. Church is highly skilled in identifying an organization's challenges and opportunities and developing result-driven medical strategy for diverse biopharmaceutical clients providing realistic solutions.
Dr. Church completed her internal medicine residency from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and an infectious disease fellowship at Bowman Gray in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She has also completed an executive MBA from the University of New Haven where she now teaches as an adjunct professor.
